mostly because of Capitalism, the quality of food has been on a constant decline. essential nutrients are less and less present in the same food. in order to cope with the times, supplements are a must to meet our nutritional needs. discuss supplementation here. what kinds do you take?

poten cee 500 mg, 1 shake in the morning & 1 in the evening, usually after grappling or strength & conditioning exercises.
what's poten cee? and what kind of shake do you drink?

have not experience this ever. besides even if you dont take supplements as long as you dont have the discipline, you will always crave for huge appetite  Grin

this is not a myth. B vitamins, Thiamine in particular, increase your appetite.
