there is no such thing as spot reduction. there is no such thing as "toning." lifting light weights for high repetitions will not "tone" your muscles. nor will doing thousands of crunches give you six-pack abs. (fact: sit-up world record holder Mark Pfeltz, who completed 45'005 sit-ups in 58.5 hours was not exactly ripped. in fact, he had no visible "six-pack." his belly fat actually rolled in front of him whenever he completed a sit-up.) muscles are muscles, and they will look as such no matter what you do. the problem in getting "ripped" lies with our body fat percentage. a layer of fat resides over the muscles, covering it. the less the fat, the more the muscle fibers show.

What could we do to lessen bodyfat? drink juices with L-Carnitine and other types of fat burners? Take the Arson Fat Burner Supplement?

I wanna have a well-toned physique.

bitch tits are body fat deposits. on your tits. lower body fat = less bitch tits, tank ass, turkey neck, jello arms, and that god-awful beer belly. just pinch your skin to estimate how much fat is there. skin with minimal fat would be located at the forehead and the eyelids.

You wouldn't want to rely on supplements to lessen your body fat, though they do help in muscle recovery to do the same thing the next day. Eating right and in good timing along with training right and training hard is the always the right way.
