boxing
interval run (x4), hill sprints (x5)

TUESDAY
conditioning challenges: 4-minute clean & press, 5-minute pushups, 500 squats for time

WEDNESDAY
boxing

THURSDAY
boxing
conditioning challenges: 5-minute pullups, 20 squats

FRIDAY
boxing
conditioning challenges: jumping jack flash (x2)

SATURDAY
conditioning challenges: jumping jack flash
explosive training
sparring
