April 8, 2009

Just got back from our gym. Ive been doing 3 rounds of 3 minute sparring for 3 days already. Im a bit concerned about the possible effects this has on my brain. I train purely boxing for the moment with full head gear.

I weigh 144lbs right now, by may 30 i should be able to drop down to 130lbs.

i trained stand-up earlier. got hit in the groin real bad during the start of sparring. fucking hurts real bad....

anyhow, got to spar eventually and it was my 1st time to execute a solid roundhouse to the head. i was a bit desperate since my sparring partner outweighed me by 35lbs. feels fucking great even if my thighs hurt and my groin as well.
