i strongly agree with the principles. it that not what "jeet kune do" is? basically, jeet kune do = mixed martial arts.

so roughly. .. more of street fight. .. though training in mma is conditioning you ALSO to defend yourself in the street. . .

by the way some FYI's JKD in vito cruz :

2k - - lifetime membership -- i think
100 php -- PER session plus a white shirt and a pants

here are some of my training videos: key in youtube. "jimbo jkd" to give you a basic idea of what training is like over there. There are 3 instructors, Joey, Ariel and Kenneth. I recommend you look for Ariel, the guy is a monster at JKD.

an old friend just told me about this lang. .. and he also gave the jkdphils multiply site.. tama ba yung numbers that i gave? btw do you have the contact numbers? kasi as of now, sat-sun lang ako FREE. . .i just saw joey perico's demo of the inch punch sa video section ng multiply nila. .Smiley kakatuwa hehe.. same as what bruce lee din in the you tube video.. .well my goal is to defend myself at all times Smiley

yeah, thats a legit one inch punch. very powerful guy that joey. i believe theres a class on saturdays, 1-3pm and 4-6pm sched. try it out

Jeet Kune Do is good for the street, but a lot of their techniques won't work or aren't allowed in MMA. Case in point; the Wing Chun like trapping. It works well against the average schmoe, but I doubt it would work on anyone with a wrestling background.

grabe naman mag mitts senyo may squat thrust pang kasama Cheesy hehehe patayan sa cardio yun a. .. btw sa pnaste kong vid san ka dun? and pag mitts talaga wlang gloves? ? ?

yeah, i have shitty cardio kaya 1 minute lang yun eh.  Grin pwede gloves, if you want. i recommend bag gloves though, they snap better not the big boxing ones.
