Ken Pavia Sued For Passing Zuffa Confidential Documents To Bellator | Steve RattlesnakeAccording Yahoo Sports Kevin Iole, Zuffa has filed a suit against the controversial MMA Agent and the founder of MMA Agents ( a firm that handles MMA fighters) Ken Pavia.
Zuffa claims Pavia passes their confidential and secret documents to rival promotion Bellator for the purpose of helping their business in it’s operations.
According to the suit, Pavia delivered confidential contracts which includes fighter agreements after being asked by Bellator’s founder and CEO Bjorn Rebney on July 4.
Zuffa seeks damages and a permanent injunction barring Bellator and Pavia from using all Zuffa’s assets.
