I used to train 3x a week in striking and ground.
1 hour striking and 1 hour ground.

Though I haven't been able to train as often due to a busy schedule. But I get to train once a week.

I'm graduating college this coming May so I have a lot of things to do. The gym where I train isn't very near. My school is in Manila and I live in Antipolo. Travel and time constraints. But right after graduation, I'll be able to train regularly again.

I shadowbox and lift weights at home but that's the best I could do to train right now. As much as possible, I try to go to the gym but sadly, I've only been able to go there twice in the past two months.

Will this explanation do? Hehehe.

4th year college, graduating. doing my thesis. trained 7 days a week, 3-4 hours a day. i was able to compete in three events. i graduated with honors.

case study 3:
8-5 internship job in Marikina City Hall. training 7 days a week, twice a day, for 3-4 hours. i was invited to compete in the first elorde invitational.

I'm graduating too but I get to log in three times a week when it comes to gym time.
my classes are 7am to 7pm. training time is 7pm-9pm. there is always heavy traffic on the way to the gym that makes me more or less 30 minutes late during trainings.
