I used to train 3x a week in striking and ground. 1 hour striking and 1 hour ground.
Though I haven't been able to train as often due to a busy schedule. But I get to train once a week.

and i'm a 30-year old guy working a white-collar job. come on. elaborate a bit. I'm graduating college this coming May so I have a lot of things to do. The gym where I train isn't very near. My school is in Manila and I live in Antipolo. Travel and time constraints. But right after graduation, I'll be able to train regularly again. I shadowbox and lift weights at home but that's the best I could do to train right now. As much as possible, I try to go to the gym but sadly, I've only been able to go there twice in the past two months. Will this explanation do? Hehehe.

I'm graduating too but I get to log in three times a week when it comes to gym time.
my classes are 7am to 7pm. training time is 7pm-9pm. there is always heavy traffic on the way to the gym that makes me more or less 30 minutes late during trainings.
