groin guard. no excuse, you just gotta have it. what's your preferred fit and brand?

i have that steel Muay Thai one with the t-back like rope across your buttcrack. got it for 650. but for my balls, it's worth it.

i have a cheap kix guard, been using it for over a year. works well but the upper foam part somewhat restricts my movement. when i lost it, i just grapple without it & it feels good(as long as no one tries the shin/balls pass). found it & it feels weird using it again.
