The 100 Burpee Challenge

i will never get tired of it. an excellent measure of conditioning.
BURPEE
> squat down and put your hands to the ground
> kick your feet back and do a pushup
> tuck your feet back in
> jump up
> that is one repetition
complete 100 repetitions as fast as you can.
below 10 minutes = average
5 minutes = inhuman
DO IT.

super burpees will make you quit.
when you jump as high as you can you have to tuck your legs & bring your knees to your chest.

Haha... I shaved two minutes off the last time I tried. 12 minutes.. about 5 minutes longer than your cigarette smoking mother.

no warm-ups. i should've though. i messed up my body quite often due to my non-existent warm up routine. my lips were turning purple around the 50-60 mark. it was sheer stubbornness. i don't wanna quit & i was blaming cigarette smoking during the whole ordeal LOL!

this is sick ... i thought im going to collapse... and yeah it made me quit..hate the cigar and the beers...
