In general may conditioning program is like a puzzle. It is an overall combination of the following:

Aerobic capacity
Anaerobic capacity
Strength
Functional strength
power

Anyone else here who hates running? Grin

count me in! Embarrassed, i try to run uphill sprints at least once a week. or bas rutten's 3 mins boxing for 5 rds, sometimes with 1.5 liter water bottle in both hands.

I like doing the 3 minute boxing rounds, do ross emait's magic 50, then go seven rounds on the bag. Maybe do the 3 minute Thaiboxing rounds if I'm feeling spry.
