this is kind of difficult, if not impossible when you train with the Stingray.

then you better work on your technique ASAP.


okay then. i will start.

100 burpees in 04:30
400m in 01:20 (yes, i run slow)
800m in 03:00
a score of 3000 in the 4-minute clean and press
80 pullups in 05:00
500 hindu squats in 15:00
