Favorite Submission Finishes

Whats your favorite submission move? A move that you can actually do or just want to be able to do?

Mine are the following:
1. The Locoplata or gogoplata from the mount, also known as "aokiplata".
2. The peruvian necktie- I just watched this earlier and seems simple enough. Hope ill be able to do this when I roll the next time.

i've seen coach Ali make quick work of a guy with a couple of kimuras in both less than 2 minutes in the recent national BJJ and grappling tournament
